These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and jjwn ("jjwn", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino information platform accessible at https://jjwn.cam (the "Platform").

jjwn is an English-language online betting and casino platform targeting the Pakistan market. The Platform provides sports betting, live casino, slots, table games, esports betting and instant games to eligible adult users in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and other locations where access is not otherwise restricted.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any person who accesses, browses or uses any part of the Platform. By registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your Account at any given time, including real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds separately tracked.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed on a sports market, casino game, live dealer session or instant game via the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback or other incentive granted by jjwn subject to specific terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process requiring submission of personal documents as set out in Section 6.
• "Platform" means the jjwn website at https://jjwn.cam, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimised versions and associated services.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary transaction currency supported on this Platform.
• "Prohibited User" means any person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 4, including minors and persons in restricted jurisdictions.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means the deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, self-exclusion and cooling-off features made available through the Platform as described in Section 11.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from your Account Balance to a payment method registered to your Account.

By accessing any part of the Platform — including browsing without registration — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, policies or game-specific terms published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if registered, contact support to request account closure.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict arising from a translation or interpretation into another language, the English version shall prevail.

To register and maintain an Account on jjwn, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction or applicable law in your country of residence;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited under applicable local law;
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, trustee or representative of any third party;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jjwn or any affiliated platform, unless that exclusion has formally lapsed in accordance with the applicable self-exclusion terms;
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor or agent of jjwn, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You are registering only one Account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete and not misleading in any material respect.

To access the full features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing the required personal information accurately and truthfully. You must supply at minimum: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jjwn will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

• You must notify jjwn immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, until you formally notify jjwn of a security breach.
• jjwn reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being obliged to provide reasons.
• Registration is void where prohibited by applicable law.

jjwn is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with the operator's licensing obligations and applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) requirements. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may be required at any point during your use of the Platform.

You may be required to provide any or all of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., CNIC, passport or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement);
• Proof of the payment method used for deposit (e.g., a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account, or bank statement — for the purpose of identity verification only, not as confirmation of gambling support by those providers);
• Source-of-funds documentation where required by AML procedures.

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) unless otherwise specified. Deposit and withdrawal methods available on the Platform are displayed in the cashier section at the time of transaction.

7.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance once confirmed. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method. jjwn does not accept deposits from third parties — the deposit payment method must be registered in your own name.

Payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah may be listed as familiar Pakistani payment rails for informational context. Availability of any specific method in the cashier must be verified at the time of transaction. None of these providers endorse or support gambling, and their listing here does not constitute confirmation of availability.

7.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Processing times vary by method and are not guaranteed. Withdrawal requests are reviewed for compliance before being processed. jjwn reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds.

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name;
• Any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds must be met before withdrawal of those funds is permitted;
• jjwn reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your Account Balance pending further compliance review;
• In cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks or breaches of these Terms, jjwn may withhold funds pending investigation.

All bets placed through the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or casino game. These rules are published within the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bets are final once confirmed. You may not cancel, amend or reverse a confirmed bet unless the Platform expressly provides a cash-out or edit-bet feature and you use it within the permitted timeframe.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction or data feed failure, jjwn reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to users' Account Balances.
• jjwn reserves the right to impose individual maximum stake limits, maximum payout limits and maximum winnings caps at any time.
• Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. The odds accepted at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply.
• References to cricket, PSL, ICC T20 tournaments, football, UFC or other sports on the Platform are sports-context references only. jjwn has no official partnership with or endorsement from PCB, PSL, ICC, any national cricket board, any football association or any other sports governing body.

jjwn may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback, referral bonuses and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions include but are not limited to:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the applicable promotion's terms;
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are tracked separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC requirements;
• Bonuses may be subject to minimum odds restrictions, game-type exclusions and time limits. Please review each offer's terms carefully;
• Abusing bonus systems — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play or systematic exploitation of offer structures — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds, any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in account suspension;
• jjwn reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any item in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance and permanent exclusion:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or using another person's details;
• Providing false, misleading or inaccurate personal information at any stage of registration or KYC;
• Using another person's payment method, identity documents or Account credentials;
• Colluding with other users to manipulate the outcome of any bet, game or sporting event;
• Using software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage, automate betting decisions or circumvent Platform security;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event referenced on the Platform;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks on deposits made to your Account;
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any purpose connected with financial crime;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited under applicable law;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing jjwn staff or other users through any channel.

jjwn is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be an entertainment activity — not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or transmit any Platform content;
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works from Platform content;
• Use any data mining, scraping or similar data extraction tools on the Platform;
• Frame or embed the Platform within any third-party website or application without prior written consent from jjwn.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jjwn, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from betting or gaming activity on the Platform;
• Loss of data, revenue, profits or business opportunities;
• Interruptions to service, including technical failures, maintenance periods or third-party outages;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jjwn's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting jjwn Support. Any real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method following satisfactory completion of KYC and any applicable compliance review, subject to these Terms.

jjwn reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, match-fixing or other prohibited conduct;
• Regulatory or compliance obligations require it;
• You fail to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
• Your Account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with the Platform's dormant account policy.

Upon termination for cause, jjwn may withhold Account Balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where termination is not for cause, Account Balance will be returned to you after satisfactory compliance review.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which jjwn holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jjwn Support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, it shall be submitted to the dispute resolution process specified by the operator's licensing authority. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

jjwn reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their Account, or by prominent notice on the Platform, prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.

The date shown at the top of these Terms ("Effective Date") reflects the most recent version. We recommend checking these Terms periodically for updates.
